Cream Cheese Mints

2 lbs. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
Candy oil, food color

Mix together well.  Store in refrigerator in a covered container.  Pinch off small pieces, roll in granulated sugar, press into candy molds, turn molds over and snap out onto the table.
